Technova Graduates from CDL-Wisconsin Risk Stream, Honing Focus on Critical Supply Chain Security

After an intensive program with Creative Destruction Lab, Technova emerges with sharper insights, refined strategy and renewed commitment to tackling vulnerabilities in cargo handoffs.
Technova has successfully graduated from the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) Risk Stream at CDL-Wisconsin. This program is focused on helping science-based startups reach their full potential by transforming their ability to identify, assess, and manage risk. The milestone marks a significant step in the company’s journey to redefine risk mitigation and operational resilience within the supply chain sector.
Over the course of the program, Technova worked closely with a network of experienced mentors to refine its strategy and sharpen its focus. The experience helped the team zero in on a high-risk, high-impact moment in the supply chain: the cargo handoff.
“We realized that when cargo changes hands—between drivers, docks, or facilities—is where most vulnerabilities live,” said Jenna Faville, Co-Founder of Technova. “From freight fraud and security lapses to temperature mishandlings with cold chain goods, these are the friction points that we’re best equipped to solve.”
By focusing their solution on this key moment, Technova has developed a platform that helps distribution centers, warehouses, and manufacturers identify and mitigate risk in real time—without disrupting existing workflows or operations.
As Technova looks ahead, the team is continuing to expand its projects, deepen industry partnerships, and refine its platform to continue supporting complex logistics environments.
