These systems are designed to report conditions — not to verify what actually happened. That gap becomes critical when a batch is questioned, when a regulator asks for proof, or when a customer needs a clear account of how a load was handled from receiving to release.

Our team comes from a background in security and threat detection, including video surveillance and access control systems deployed in industrial environments.
While working in cold chain operations, we observed a consistent pattern: facilities had extensive data — temperature logs, humidity readings, access events — but no reliable way to establish what truly happened to a given load.
The data existed. The verification layer did not. That gap — between data captured and truth established — is what Nova Control was built to close.
